Hi,

Have done some searching on the forums, but did not find anything so thought I would reach out. I am just starting to work with Publisher 2 and would like to know if/how to use the index markings from a Word Document once it is placed in Publisher to generate an index in Publisher. The index styles seem to import but I am not able to actually generate/update an index. Am I missing something or is this not possible?

Thanks!

Hi MikeTo,

Thanks! Actually happy that it is a bug rather than v2 not capable of using index marks from other programs! New to all of this, should I start a new thread in the Bug forum or will Serif find this here?

Also fails on Windows in a quick test there.

It's best to create a thread in the Publisher 2 bugs forum, either the Mac or Windows one, whichever you use. Please add a link to this thread and point out that we've verified that the bug happens on both Mac and Windows.

Thanks
