GarryP Posted January 24, 2023 Posted January 24, 2023 Welcome to the forums @RobynM I haven’t used OS X for quite a while but it sounds like you haven’t installed the applications properly. You need to drag the applications from the disk images to your Applications folder to properly install them. For more information about installing applications, search the web for mac install application and follow the instructions. Quote
RobynM Posted January 25, 2023 Author Posted January 25, 2023 Hi @GarryP Thanks for your feedback, but this is not the problem. That's exactly how I installed V2 apps. Quote
Seneca Posted January 25, 2023 Posted January 25, 2023 I'm also running all the 3 Affinity apps on MacOSX but I don't have that problem except that reading your screenshot it clearly says there that the item you are opening is on the Disk Image. You need to drag the application from the installer to your Applications folder and then you need to launch it from there and not from the installer again. RobynM Posted January 25, 2023 Author Posted January 25, 2023 Thank you @Seneca. It seems the step I missed was opening the apps from my Applications folder. Functioning OK now. Thanks so much. Regards, Robyn Seneca 1 Quote
