NotMyFault Posted January 22, 2023 Posted January 22, 2023 Noise is a filter, not an adjustment. It’s only available in Photo, not in Designer. If you have a document containing a noise filter, you can modify the settings or even copy the filter - but you can’t create a new one. You can somehow simulate a noise filter by adding a rectangle shape, fill in 50% grey, and add color noise.
