lphilpot Posted January 21, 2023 Posted January 21, 2023 I was watching a video from a couple of years ago in which the presenter added a color sampler and it looked like this as he moved over the image: However, in Photo 2 if I add a sampler it doesn't show the color channel values near the mouse pointer, but rather the pixel coordinates: I know the color values are visible in the Info panel, but it could be handy at times to see them at the mouse pointer as well. Is this a setting or was it changed with Photo 2? I've looked in Preferences but found nothing. Thanks. Sampling from a position works the same in V2 as in V1: The coordinates are displayed. Probably the presenter has picked up a colour with the eyedropper from the colour or colour field panel. In this case, the colour values are displayed. Quote
