Text gets partially covered over when I add a background color on lowest layer. Designer V2

Recommended Posts

Hi. I am fairly new to Affinity Designer. I have recently purchased V2. I am doing a simple game for kids.

I have been trying many things to rectify it before dropping by here.

(Pic1) shows everything as it should be. Bright red spaces and red numbers with black outline. Top layer and all to curves.

I then add a background and then it partially covers over the numbers.  (Pic2) Background is in the bottom layer. I can't see why it is half covering the numbers? No affect to the spaces.

Numbers have no opacity. (Pic3)

Guidance appreciated.

Cheers and thanks

Chris

The blend mode is set to multiply. (Pic 1, top left corner). Change this back to normal.

glad that issue is solved. Have fun with creating the game - and playing when its ready of course.
