walt.farrell Posted January 15, 2023 Posted January 15, 2023 Welcome to the Serif Affinity forums. Please clarify which version of the applications you're asking about: Version 1 (releases like 1.10.6) or Version 2 (releases like 2.0.3) as that may make a difference. Also, please clarify where your accounts are. For example, you can only buy the iPad apps from Apple, but you might have purchased the Mac app from Apple or Serif. Lastom81 Posted January 15, 2023 Author Posted January 15, 2023 Hi Walt, The softwares are 2v, and they were purchase in apple store for Mac e apple store for ipad. Quote
walt.farrell Posted January 15, 2023 Posted January 15, 2023 Thanks. So, as I understand it, then, there are actually 3 possible accounts involved: Your Apple account for Mac App Store. Your Apple account for the iPad App Store. (1 and 2 should normally be the same.) Your account at the Affinity Store, if you've ever purchased anything there, or if you've created an Affinity Store account and linked your V2 Mac and iPad licenses to it. If you used different Apple accounts for 1 and 2, you would need to discuss merging with Apple. Or, I suppose you could have used the same account for 1 and 2, but created separate Affinity Store accounts to link the licenses you purchased in those steps. Can you clarify further what the situation is?
