Mark Schnegg Posted January 15, 2023 Share Posted January 15, 2023 I had downloaded the trial, and then I bought the universal license. No matter what I did, the trial kept coming up rather than the Licensed version. I then uninstalled the trial version from the control panel and did a reinstall of the new downloaded licensed version. Now I have no links on the desktop, start menu or quick launch menu. I tried reinstaling and no links appear anywhere. I couldn't find the installation location so I searched onlne and found the location in the WindowsApps folder. I manually set up links on my desktop, but the have only a generic icon. How can I fix this so they show up with appropriate icons on the desktop and are are also present in the start menu?
