Bryan Greenhouse Posted January 14, 2023 Share Posted January 14, 2023 I purchased the Affinity 2 suite in November 2022. I used Photo a few times and it worked well. For some reason it is now crashing within a few seconds of opening, now allowing me time to do anything. I've rebooted my computer a few times. Designer seems to still work fine. Staff Lee D Posted January 16, 2023 Staff Share Posted January 16, 2023 You can try resetting the app to default settings to begin with, hold down the CTRL key and open the app. When the window appears release the key and click Clear and see if the app continues to open. I'd also check to make sure Windows and your graphics drivers are also fully up to date. It could also relate to hardware acceleration being enabled, please follow the steps in this FAQ article on disabling. Another option is to try creating a new Admin user account in Windows.
