EdT3
I don't want someone to do the work for me, just tell me what tools to use and point out video's to help if possible. The other thing I'd like to fix is the skin tone looking like plastic. I uploaded the jpg in question. Thanks.
crabtrem
I am no expert. I believe there are a lot of methods. You should decide which you like the best. Using the Clone Brush Tool seems a good choice. You could also try inpainting, but I'm not sure what kind of result it would give. You could try frequency separation and then use the clone tool on the low pass copy. You could select the light area and add an adjustment layer like levels, brightness and contrast, curves, etc. There are probably many more. Hopefully, some of these will provide a good starting point for you. Good luck. EdT3
MikekPhoto
The method I use is the lone tool set to darken. Set the flow and opacity to around 25% and work from an area that has a similar tone that does not look out of place. Takes a time to build up with these settings but it does work. Another method is to create a new layer, select a color from the forehead that is not burned out and with low flow and opacity paint on the new layer to cover the burned out highlights. Experiment with the layer blend mode to get the most pleasing result. Hope this helps MK
