  1. I don't want someone to do the work for me, just tell me what tools to use and point out video's to help if possible. The other thing I'd like to fix is the skin tone looking like plastic. I uploaded the jpg in question. Thanks.
  2. I don't see the inpainting brush, and in the Edit menu the Inpainting selection is ghosted so you can't select it. I am working with a pixel layer. Where is the Inpainting brush on the tool sidebar? // Nevermind. I found the brush. Sorry.
  3. Thanks for the help. Looking at the picture, what other corrections or refinements would you make? I brightened the picture using Levels, I also experimented with brightness/ Contrast, but I preferred levels. I tried to sharpen the image, but did not get results I liked. Not sure I was using the different sharpening tools correctly. Thanks for your help
  4. Thanks for the reply. I have attached the photo, let me know what you think.
  5. I am an extreme beginner with any software of this type. I have an image I took from an iPhone 6 video, and I am trying to make it less grainy. The video was rather dark to begin with, so when I brighten the picture it becomes very noisy.I tried using all of the denoise filters I could find, including Live Filter Layers and just using Filters, including Denoise and Deinterlace, since the picture was taken from a video. None of the filters seem to do anything at all, as far as noise or graininess goes. I have a new iMac with 24 gb of memory. I looked through most of the tutorials that had anything to do with either noise or graininess but I can't seem to apply those methods to the picture. What am I doing wrong?
