It could be the level of Windows you have, or the GPU. You should probably check both.

• winver command run from a command prompt. Also, About your System in Settings.
• dxdiag command run from a command prompt.

If you provide screenshots of all 3 we can provide more info.

I don't know what I am doing but I hope this is what you wanted. I am not good at computers just know how to work some of the programs.  Does this give you the info you need. Thanks Stephanie

One suggestion for the future: please learn how to have the system take a screenshot, rather than using a camera. For example:

All that you provided looks good to me. Could you also provide the Display tab from the dxdiag display, please? That will have a bit more useful information.

I thought I had given you that info. As you can see I am not knowledgeable on how to find the system info. I really appreciate your help. Using your instruction this is what I found I hope I did it right.  Let me know if you need more. Sorry I could not get the snipping to work.

I use to use Snip it all the time but they up graded it and I could never get it to work.  Tried again today and couldn't get it to copy. I hope what I sent you is usable.

Your system specs look good to me, so I have no idea why the Microsoft Store is saying it won't work. Sorry.
