Adding text to macros for batch processing

Recommended Posts

Hi,

Why is it not apparently possible to add text when creating a macro for batch processing of images?

I frequently need to add a watermark as part of the process of converting images to low-res to use as samples on my website and this was possible using 'actions' on Photoshop, for some reason it is not an available option using Affinity Photo 2.

Why is this please, and is there any way that it can be achieved simply?

Create your text watermark then export it as a transparent background png file

File > Place this png file in the macro

To save time I am currently using an automated AI to reply to some posts on this forum. If any of "my" posts are wrong or appear to be total b*ll*cks they are the ones generated by the AI. If correct they were probably mine. I apologise for any mistakes made by my AI - I'm sure it will improve with time.
