Brent Pedersen Posted December 30, 2022 Posted December 30, 2022 I've been using Affinity Publisher v1 over a year with hardly ever a crash. So I upgraded to v2 and now both it (v2) and v1 are crashing all the time. I just want to go back to v1 when it was stable. What do I have to do to roll back? What do I need to remove that was installed with v2 that's causing the crashing? I think v2 will eventually become stable but I use this for work, I can't wait. Quote

MikeTO Posted December 30, 2022 Posted December 30, 2022 Hi Brent, v2 for macOS can't cause your v1 to crash, they are completely separate applications. v1 has no idea that v2 is installed and vice versa. You don't need to do anything to roll back unless you uninstalled v1 - installing v2 didn't overwrite your installation of v1. But if you deleted it you can reinstall it. If you downloaded it from the App Store you can find it under Purchases. If you downloaded it directly from Serif then go to the Serif store site and sign in and it will be available for you under downloads.
