placing pictures, picture frames

Placing pictures from "assets" into a picture field does not work properly. Often all assets disappear before I have placed all pictures.

I'm not sure what you mean about the assets disappearing. As far as I know, you work with Assets 1 at a time. It's not like Placing files, where you can select multiples.
