Five days ago I bought the universal license but the purchase didn't complete even though I have two withholdings in my bank account. I see that many users are having the same issue. I also tried to contact the customer department twice but I've got no answers yet. Hope this can be solved soon.

Here's a link to an article on our forum covering failed payments.   Can I also suggest making sure  that your browser is up to date, or trying again with a different browser.
