can not log into my new account as it does not recognise my email

Hello, I have just purchased affinity 2 for my Macbook on the 20th November 2022 my name is Fatima and I payed via Paypal. However, when I login it does not recognise my email could anyone help me out and check if I made a typo while typing it in? If have typed the email correct could you please update it?

if you need proof of purchase please let me know and I can send that to you.
