Jane Braybrook Posted November 24, 2022 Share Posted November 24, 2022 I purchased an Affinity Designer V2 license on 15th November via the App Store. I've received the invoice from Apple and they've taken the payment. However, I'm still waiting for Affinity to issue the license, when I log in to my account it's still saying I haven't got any licenses for this software. Usually licenses are issued immediately after payment. How long should I expect to wait for it to appear on my account? Also, I contacted Affinity about this on the 15th November, but I'm still awaiting a response. What is your experience of the current response time for Help & Support?
