PG44
I am new to V2 and have installed it on on my MacBook Pro M1 laptop and also on my iPad Air M1 4th generation. It is great to have Publisher on the iPad! A common task for me is to create A5 size publications in Publisher and have a setup of 2 A5 pages per A4 spread. What I have always been able to do and can continue to do with V2 on the laptop is create an export to PDF with a A5 PDF for each page by changing the Area box from 'All Spreads' to 'All Pages'. On the new iPad when I try to do the export in the same way the Area box just has 'All Spreads' and no 'All Pages' option. This means when I do an export I get PDFs of the spreads (i.e. the 2x A5 pages) which is not what I want. I would appreciate guidance on what I can do to correct this. Thanks, Peter
walt.farrell
On the Export options screen, choose Area "All Pages", just as on the desktop. PG44
Walt many thanks for the response. It’s good to know there should be an All Pages option for the export Area (like when I use V2 on my laptop) but I get no such option when I use the iPad. PG44
`Walt you are a star!! On clicking the ‘Area’ box I assumed that the list was just a dropdown combo and didn’t realise you can scroll further down the list of options. Thank you so much for your help - much appreciated.
