Philmbs Posted November 17, 2022 Posted November 17, 2022 Good morning, I purchased the full Affinity 2 package on Monday. My payment went through, but my order is still in the shopping cart. I have contacted support and sent them a receipt of my bank transfer, but it's been over 3 days, and no one has come back to me yet. Either give me a license already, or return my money, and I'll just stay with Affinity 1. I don't want to be micromanaging this, work is hard enough as it is without having to deal with websites failing all the time and slow customer service. Thank you very much for your understanding.
