This can happen if the AppX Deployment Service (AppXSVC) is disabled for some reason. It can be enabled by following the below steps:

  • Press the Windows Key + R
  • Type Regedit into the Run dialog and press OK
  • Navigate to Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\AppXSvc
  • In the right pane double click on Start
  • Change Value data to 2 and press OK

Now restart your computer and try installing your Affinity V2 app again.
