Vosje
Hello, I'm trying to figure out the way this new feature works and I'm scratching my head because it doesn't work the way I want it to, I'm sorry if that's too obvious but I can't figure it out. My situation is: I have a vector rectangle with a transparency setting which results in an elliptical "highlight" (opaque in the middle and transparent towards the edges). I want to wrap this shape and I kinda expected that this "highlight" would get distorted by mesh, however no matter what I do nothing happens and it stays the same! I then created a rectangle with a regular "fill", just one color, and that did work, when I used mesh wrap it got distorted. So... what am I doing wrong? I mean, this transparencty fill should also get distorted along with the shape itself, right? Thanks in avance for your replies!
Ron P.
As far as I can tell, it's not possible to distort/warp transparency. https://affinity.help/designer2/en-US.lproj/pages/ObjectControl/warp.html Vosje 1 Quote Affinity Photo 2.5..; Affinity Designer 2.5..; Affinity Publisher 2.5..; Affinity2 Beta versions.
