Asset panel unusable

Recommended Posts

Hello there,

I encountered an issue : I did export my assets from V1 to V2 and it worked well at first. But now, the asset panel refuses to simply work. It is completely empty, I cannot import any .asset files I had as backup ("Unable to import file"), and I cannot create a new category. The issue is shared across Affinity Photo and Designer and I have no idea how to fix it.

You can reset your app back to its default settings by holding down the CTRL key while launching the app. When the Clear User Data window appears, Uncheck the top three options and click Reset Assets, then click Clear.
