Rashaad Sallie Posted November 9, 2022 Posted November 9, 2022 Come on guys? I want to move completely to Affinity but looks like I will still need Adobe Illustrator a little while longer. Tsvi, ADesigner and DesignerUSA 3 Quote
Tsvi Posted November 9, 2022 Posted November 9, 2022 I was so pumped when I saw that version 2.0 is coming... I thought the time has come.. so disappointed. I don't really think I have a reason to upgrade. I will wait. Quote
MoonaticDestiny Posted November 9, 2022 Posted November 9, 2022 I know! 5 yrs and still no UI customization. ADesigner 1 Quote
Ronald N. Tan Posted November 9, 2022 Posted November 9, 2022 I will be expressing my disappointment with lack of support for Farsi (Persian Language) by not upgrading to version 2. I remain positive and hopeful that the staff and developers at Serif keeps RTL language an open dialogue and perhaps in version 3 will be fully supported. The workaround at the moment and for short and simple Farsi/Arabic is to use the Glyph Browser and assemble the word(s) and simple phrases glyphs by glyph. Quote
Fred5738 Posted November 9, 2022 Posted November 9, 2022 GUI font still way too small on high resolution monitors. In light mode, active buttons are still 'grayed out' which is very confusing, because 'grayed out' means 'not active' to the rest of the world. I am also quite dissapointed, I will stick to version 1.10 for now, will check again in a few months. Quote
