Hello,

In the attachments  the information that shows me when using affinity.

the specifications of the computer I use

Macbook Air
Apple M1
Macintosh HD
16 GB
Ventura 13.0

I can't save any file to disk because when I try it shows me a message that the file is lost and I can't do anything anymore then just agree and I lose all changes to the file. However, the problem does not occur when saving the file directly to the desktop.

Other problems that arise are:
- when exporting to PDF the font crashes - in the preview the text has no, no bolding even though in the file they are there
- shadows and gradients also crash on export - a white glow all around and no smooth transition
- graphics pulled out to bleed, and when exporting to PDF a white frame is created
- the whole program cuts and often crashes

There are a lot of these problems and they appeared somehow 2 months ago

Hi Roksana,

Welcome to the forums :)

Are you trying to save to an external drive? If so you may be being affected by the following known Ventura issue.

Thanks
