Cannot save last edit in layer after using Warp Mesh tool

After making an adjustment to a photo layer using the Warp Mesh tool, I'll save the file and then it suddenly reverts the last adjustment made. This has been happening after upgrading to Ventura on my iMac. I've restarted Affinity Photo and iMac but it keeps happening.

Sorry, I've rebooted again and reopened APhoto, it seems to be saving the adjustments again. Strange but I've had all kinds of issues with Ventura... wish I could easily go back to Monterey at this point.

@sfort It's not something I can currently reproduce on our Ventura systems. However if you can get a workflow that does, please let us know as if we can it can be passed over to the developers.
