Choose the Direction when configuring N-Up in the Print Menu.

Recommended Posts

I would like to request, in some future version, to be able to choose the direction of the N-Up setup, at least a choice between left-to-right and right-to-left, or, to go the whole nine yards, be able to configure both horizontal and vertical directions for a gang up. Sometimes our department get requests to do multiple data merges, like for instance, a name tag ( in the hundreds and sometimes nearing at a thousand or two ) with names on the front and that person's schedule on the back, so that the final print would have the backs matching up to the front ( course, fronts and backs printed separately from different templates ).

And be able to export PDFs using an N-Up setup directly. Sometimes the various print to pdf engines render thin white lines going through the whole print area ( because how they handle the clipping of images when flattening the PDF ).

Hi @azlaroc,

Welcome to the Affinity Forums & thanks for your feedback here, it's certainly appreciated :)

Please note -

I am currently out of the office for a short while whilst recovering from surgery (nothing serious!), therefore will not be available on the Forums during this time.

Should you require a response from the team in a thread I have previously replied in - please Create a New Thread and our team will be sure to reply as soon as possible.

Many thanks!
