retrograde
Here we are well into 2024 and still no pages or artboard panel (mentioned in 2016 above, that's 8 years ago) and no fix for this unexpected reversed pdf export scenario... How about a simple reverse order tick box in the pdf export panel? This shouldn't be that complicated I would have thought that this is pretty basic stuff, no? But from a user’s perspective things look a bit different, in my opinion. The Layers panel presents itself as a list, and according to all customs and conventions, it seems natural not to look at the bottom of a list to find the first item on the list. I am quite sure that nobody reads a list from bottom to top, regardless of the technical aspects that might underlie the creation of it … so the confusion is all too understandable … Never mind, the implementation of a Pages panel should solve this problem … Cheers, Alex Okay, now I've learned everything there is to know about the company Serif. 'The list logically starts from the bottom, because I'm a programmer, and that's the logic in which things are created by the program.' Yes, unless you do it differently, and unless you are a biological human who, as A_B_C says, reads lists from top to bottom! The Linux logic was blatantly presented by the company in 2016, and despite customer feedback, there is no solution to the problem in 2024! It's hopeless, there is no hope when the level is like this. There was an email after the acquisition of Canva, asking what new features would you like, now that we have more resources? REFACTOR AND REPAIR EVERYTHING YOUR CUSTOMERS HAVE LEGITIMATELY AND PAINFULLY REPORTED FOR YEARS. You're placing cards at the top of a house of cards where the bottom cards are wobbly, holey, and incomplete! Goodbye. This is a farce.
