Dan C Posted October 6, 2022 Posted October 6, 2022 Hi Antonio, This may be related to a currently known issue relating to the latest Windows update. Lee Quote
Antonio Espinal Posted October 7, 2022 Author Posted October 7, 2022 I don't have that Windows 11 update... Quote
Dan C Posted October 10, 2022 Posted October 10, 2022 Could you try disabling Hardware Acceleration in Preferences > Performance. If this still doesn't resolve your issue, could you upload your crash logs following this guide: Lee Quote
Antonio Espinal Posted October 10, 2022 Author Posted October 10, 2022 I checked several tutorial trying to disable Hardware Accelerated GPU in Windows 11 and all of them show an option that I don't see in my computer system. 1. When I go to System--> Display--> Graphics I see Custom options for apps. When I click Affinity Photo it gives me 3 options (please see images 1 and 2 attached) None of them is Hardware Accelerated GPU. Quote
