Could you try disabling Hardware Acceleration in Preferences > Performance.

If this still doesn't resolve your issue, could you upload your crash logs following this guide:

I checked several tutorial trying to disable Hardware Accelerated GPU in Windows 11 and all of them show an option that I don't see in my computer system.

1. When I go to System--> Display--> Graphics
I see Custom options for apps.
When I click Affinity Photo it gives me 3 options (please see images 1 and 2 attached)

None of them is Hardware Accelerated GPU.
