6074747386 Posted September 27, 2022 Share Posted September 27, 2022 I have tried single and double tapping - length of tap change, but just can’t open files. occasionally they do open but then it causes app to crash, they do open after restarting the app. believe me I have tried everything that a normal level user would. very frustrating as good app when the occasional photo opens thanks for looking into this it has been happening intermittently for months. dominic Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

It's worth making sure that your OneDrive app is up to date and has been opened since updating. As this will also update the Files app which is built into iPadOS and is what our app uses to interface with local and cloud storage.
