I have tried single and double tapping - length of tap change, but just can’t open files. occasionally they do open but then it causes app to crash, they do open after restarting the app. believe me I have tried everything that a normal level user would. very frustrating as good app when the occasional photo opens thanks for looking into this it has been happening intermittently for months. dominic
