Mixal
Hi Affinity Team, I can't open publisher file and it says that file is corrupted. Is there a way to fix it or can you please repair it? I'm using macOS 12.5.1 and Publisher 1.10.5. The file is private and also about 12gb big. Thanks.
Staff Callum Posted September 14, 2022 Staff Share Posted September 14, 2022 Hi Mixal, Welcome to the forums If you upload a copy of your file to the following link I can pass it on to our developers to be investigated further but there is no guarantee it will be fixed I'm afraid. If this file is time sensitive starting over will likely be your best move. https://www.dropbox.com/request/m1aotYT6totdfamMf2Vc Thanks C Quote Please tag me using @ in your reply so I can be sure to respond ASAP. Mixal
Well, I started working on it again from old file, I spend a few hours on it yesterday and saving it on multiple files (just in case) and it seems to corrupt files even while it's open. Also, it's glitching images, even in pdfs. Do i something wrong? @Callum Edited September 16, 2022 by Mixal
Staff Callum Posted September 16, 2022 Staff Share Posted September 16, 2022 Hi Mixal, Do you have Metal enabled in the apps preferences? Do these corruptions appear in other files or is it just this one? Thanks C Quote Please tag me using @ in your reply so I can be sure to respond ASAP. Mixal
Thanks for respond. Metal is enabled. Image corruptions appears only on this one working file, *one bit older from yesterday is fine, others are corrupted. Sometimes it crashes when i try to open them. I can provide crash report if it's useful. @Callum Edited September 16, 2022 by Mixal
