Picture frame makes pictures always flip to the left side when placing them

Hey guys, I need help. Thanks already for taking your time. 

so my problem in affinity publisher ist, when I want to place a picture in a frame. so I place the Fram, then I drag and drop a file (picture) into the frame, and then its flipped to the left side always. need help please!!!!

It's too unspecific to understand exactly what you do + what you get. (drag and drop … into … flipped … left side)

Until you experienced the different possible ways of placing objects / nesting layers you can alternatively right-click the image + choose "Convert To Picture Frame". This will create the Picture Frame for you, nesting the image properly. If wanted make your choice in the Picture Frame Property.
