Dimensions are off/wrong

Trying to create this very tiny sticker for a label. The sticker should be 0.7x0.1” tried creating an art board and separate document with those dimensions and as you can see they are clearly not the same but affinity is telling me they’re the same size. What’s the fix?

There may be a mismatch of document DPI here, but you really don’t need a separate document for a simple piece of text with a border. Create a filled rectangle for the background colour and a smaller rectangle with a coloured stroke for the border, and put a text layer on top.

I meant I created a separate document, without the art board, with those dimensions and pasted the sticker there to see if it would do the same thing and it did. The document dimensions were incorrect and not the same size as the sticker even though the dimensions window says they are.

The problem is the dimensions are off but in the dimensions section, the app is showing that the art board and the sticker are the same size when they are clearly not. I made a document using pixels instead of inches and that worked but there's still a bug that needs to be fixed.
