How to close line within over 2 breakpoint in an object?

Hi JerryLin,

Welcome to Affinity Forums :)

If it's a single object you can select it with the Node Tool then go to context toolbar and press the Close Curve button from the Action section to create a line joining the two nodes, or, drag one of the nodes over the other with Snap to selected curves enabled from the Snap section in the context toolbar (you should see a yellow dot appearing when the nodes are overlapping). It will automatically join the nodes, closing the shape.

The white dot on the right corner means it's a spot colour. The gray quarter indicates an overprint colour swatch.
