jarcon
A really like the Affinity products and there are many opportunities to expand what we can do with it and one of those improvements is to be able to use native files on video edition software like Final Cut or DaVinci Resolve. For example, it will be great if we can enable or disable certain layers based on the timeline, showing a transition between keyframes. Another approach could be to have an extra persona to animate the file between keyframes, with the possibility to export the file in different movie formats or as an animated gifs. GarryP
Serif have pretty much ruled out the possibility of adding animation functionality to the Affinity applications – try searching the forums for animate or animation and reading the many other threads about this including the official Serif responses. As for other software reading the Affinity files, that would be for other companies to figure out and is probably not something that Serif would like them to do, for various reasons.
