Esther22 Posted May 26, 2022 Share Posted May 26, 2022 Hey, I tried purchasing Affinity Publisher using a debit card yesterday but the payment failed and I got the message "Your payment has been declined by your payment provider. Please change your payment method and try again." I want to try but using paypal. My question is the Paypal payment option available if my country option is Kenya?
