ScarletSaphire Posted May 16, 2022 Share Posted May 16, 2022 Hi I just got the 21H2 version Update for Windows 10 and since then I have been having issues in the Pixel Persona with brush strokes. They do not show while drawing and only show up once i hover-scribble over them. It does make a difference how zoomed in I am: the further I am zoomed in the less it happens. Can you go into Preferences for Affinity and on the Performance section, untick Enable hardware acceleration at the bottom of the windows and close Preferences and you'll be asked to restart Affinity. Staff stokerg Posted May 17, 2022 Staff Share Posted May 17, 2022 Hi @ScarletSaphire, Are you using a mouse/trackpad or a drawing tablet? One thing you can try which might help, try starting Affinity with the Control key held down and you'll get asked if you've like to clear some settings, 3 options will be ticked and you can just click on clear. ScarletSaphire Posted May 17, 2022 Author Share Posted May 17, 2022 Hey Im using a drawing tablet display but i finally found a thread that explains the issue. It seems to be a bug that affinity is having right now when you draw in pixel layers that are inside an other layer. When you move them out the problem no longer occurs. But thank you for your help!
