Impossible to move a layer without creating a group…

Hi 😉

I am with an ipad version of AF. 

When I drag a layer on another one above that creates a group.

Impossible just to put the first on the second…

How can I resolve that ?

You must be dropping it in the wrong place, but you don’t get a group with drag-and-drop, you get a nested object (masked or clipped, depending on where you drop the layer that you’re dragging). Make sure that the blue highlight isn’t over the label or the thumbnail of another layer: you need to drop the dragged layer above or below the target layer, not right on top of it.
