I notice every time I use DXO pureraw to enhance the noise of a photo, the photo has only 96 dpi in Affinity Photo when opened for further enhancement, off course I can change this back to 300 dpi.

But is this not a strange thing to happen?

It does not happen in PS.

@hansties Welcome to the forum.

Some image files have DPI information included in it's EXIF data others don't, usually in this case some apps will apply a default figure when opened and saved.
