JMP2471 Posted April 10, 2022 Posted April 10, 2022 I just purchased Affinity Photo and it showed the charge on my credit card statement online immediately. However, the Affinity Photo does not show as being purchased on my order history. It will not let me download it and it does not show a product key or order history. Has anyone else had this problem? Many users have had that problem, which seems to be due to a browser or browser extension problem when validating the security of the transaction. The sale usually did not complete, but the bank does not yet know it. I suggest you email affinity@serif.com with the details as that's usually the best way to resolve it.
