BMSteve
Hi There Affinity Users Is there any way I can do the following When I set the 0,0 origin to the bottom left hand corner I want the coordinates to show it correctly that is if I move up 100mm and right 100mm I want the coordinates to show 100,100 as it is it will always show x 100,Y -100 No other software I have used does this, the coordinates will always be X100, Y100 it's a very annoying feature, I use Affinity to design files for a CNC router and all CNC machines and there associated software use the bottom left corner as the origin There isn't any setting that allows me to do this as far as I can tell, maybe there is a work around ?? cheers
PaulEC
This has been discussed before, and I must agree that measuring up from the "ground" does seem much more logical than measuring downwards from a variable (depending on the document size) point above. It would be useful if it were possible to set an "origin point", but, AFAIK, there is no way to change it.
