devendra Posted March 30, 2022 Posted March 30, 2022 Dear community, I am relatively unexperienced with my affinity products and am struggling with some standard usage issues. At the moment I am using Designer (latest version) on my MacBook with 12.2 and an Wacom Intros Pro S. When I work on my vector document the rotation tool seems to go wild. For example I use the pen and click and drag on vector points, using the shift or space key now and then to move or fix my points and the document view seems to rotate randomly and I cannot figure out what triggers it. It is really frustrating because I have to interrupt every second click to reset the rotation via the menu and I would like to know what could be the reason. I don't use any hotkeys or special configuration for my Wacom, it should be pretty much standard installation. Any advice would be appreciated! Devendra Quote
Staff Callum Posted March 30, 2022 Staff Posted March 30, 2022 Hi Devendra, Welcome to the forums If you go into the apps preferences under Tools try unticking Enable canvas rotation with trackpad and Enable canvas rotation with ⌘+scroll wheel. This should hopefully solve this problem for you. Thanks C devendra 1 Quote Please tag me using @ in your reply so I can be sure to respond ASAP.
devendra Posted March 30, 2022 Author Posted March 30, 2022 Aah thanks a lot 🙂 Seems I am a very "touchy" user of my wacom and caused it with the wiping of my hand Devendra Callum 1 Quote
