owiecc Posted March 9, 2022 Posted March 9, 2022 It is extremely easy to rotate the canvas accidentally. This forum is full of people asking how to undo it. Zooming in and out is a very basic operation while rotating the canvas is useful in very specific situations.Right now the two operations are done with very similar keyboard shortcuts (command+scrool and option+scrool on the mac). I would suggest that you change the default keyboard shortcut for canvas rotation to something harder to trigger accidentally. Maybe ctrl+command+scroll. This way it will be super hard to trigger that accidentally. Quote

owiecc Posted March 9, 2022 Author Posted March 9, 2022 Thanks Pšenda, I did not expect the option to disable it in the Tools preferences. Then I postulate to disable this option by default or change the default shortcut. Quote
