Grid on airplay screen doesn’t stretch correctly

So I’ve been looking at programs which I cast an Image via Airplay to a second screen, while overlaying the image with a grid, to use for some DND gaming sessions!

So excuses beside, I’ve noticed that when I create a Grid on my iPad, a Grid is also displayed on the Airplay Screen/Secondary Display (Which is great), however its scaled incorrectly and doesn’t take up the full resolution of the image.

I can confirm I've been able to replicate this here, however the results appear to be different for me, depending on a certain Affinity setting.

If you open the Affinity app, then navigate to Settings > General, you should see the option for Present on External Displays. If you disable this option and then try AirPlaying the document to your screen, does the grid display correctly please?
