I just downloaded both Affinity Designer and Photo from my account profile on my Dell XPS 17 running Windows 11, and I cannot save any files in either program. When I attempt to save, I get a dialog box stating that the file could not be saved because access to the file was lost. It however leaves an unopenable file in the folder. I can, however, export to other formats just fine. I just cannot save into the native format in either Designer or Photo.

I use iPad screenshots and videos even in the Desktop section of the forum when I expect no relevant difference.
