AA Jansen Posted February 11, 2022 Posted February 11, 2022 Hi I'm ALonzo from the Netherlands. I am a novice user of Affinity Photo. Everything worked fine under windows 10 (pro n). After I update to Windows 11 (pro) everything is darker even the startup screen is dark. I have reinstalled the software and searched the internet but can't find anything that leads to the solution. I enclose two pictures to show the startup screen and the difference between the same photo in Affinity and a viewer. I need help. Thank you in advance. Quote
I can't confirm that. What version of win 11 do you have? via windows insider or the regular one? what video card are you using. what are your windows color settings? stokerg 1 Quote Windows 11 (Home)-build: 23H2- build 22631.2715 - 64 bits. 11e generatie Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-11700K @ 32,60GHz. Staff stokerg Posted February 13, 2022 Staff Posted February 13, 2022 Hi @AA Jansen, I also can't replicate this on my Windows 11 laptop. Can you try opening Affinity and clicking Edit>Preferences>Performance and taking a screenshot of this window and post it here. Also while you have the window open, if openCL at the bottom is enabled, untick it and restart Affinity and see if that resolves the issue. Quote
AA Jansen Posted February 14, 2022 Author Posted February 14, 2022 Beste "studio97Visuals" dank voor de reactie! Ik heb Windows 11 pro n. GPU RX480. Zie ook screenshots. Voor andere instellingen en kleurschema van Windows 11. Dear StokerG, thanks for your response! I forget to tell that already try to stop “opencl support” and reboot the system it stays the same so I put it back to the original setting. You can see the screen shot of my performance settings. Topic may closed All of you thanks for your help I appreciate it!! stokerg 1 Quote
AA Jansen Posted February 14, 2022 Author Posted February 14, 2022 Op het tabblad "Advanced" aanpassen ipv aanpassen op tabblad Devices. Device profile aanpassen naar sRGB IEC61966-2.1. Nogmaals dank DigitalVisuals 1 Quote
