Changing Fill creates History bug

Randomly it seems, adjusting the fill color creates some bug, filling the history with a "set fill“ entry.  This infinite loop bug makes it so I lose access to previous undo histories. 

Sorry if this doesn't make sense, I'll attach a picture where you can see the entire history is full of the single fill color change.

Does this happen if you create a new file and immediately apply a fill to an object?
