How can I create this effect?

Hi,

maybe my question is in the wrong register of this forum, but I didn't find a better one to post.

Has anybody an idea or work flow how I can create this kind of effect with affinity (have Photo & Designer).

Hi Don Tango,

You should be able to do this with the blur filters and the Bokeh effect shown in the following tutorial video  If you get stuck anywhere let me know and I should be able to help you further.
