Ron P. Posted February 8, 2022 Posted February 8, 2022 Welcome to the forum @SarahvAppel, Is the new computer running the same OS? Serif requires a different license for Mac,Windows, and ipad. By sign in, are you referring to within the App or on the website? There's know issue with the MyAccount sign in/registration within the Affinity Apps. I think Serif has that fixed now in the current Customer Beta. If online, which? I'm guessing it would be Serif's Affinity. I say this because you mention your product key. If you purchased from either the MAS (Mac) or MS Windows stores, no key is provided or required. The Registration/Sign in within the Affinity App, the MyAccount icon in the upper right, issue can be done on Windows machines, by Right-Clicking on the Launching Icon, and selecting Run as Administrator. Restart the App, and you should be able to register/sign in afterwards, without repeating the Run As Administrator. You can download a customer beta version of your app(s) from the Beta Software Forums. Not knowing what OS or Apps your running, I did not provide a link directly to the specific thread(s).
