Reactivating on New Device

Good Day

I have recently had to move to a new computer but it won't allow me to sign in with my product key, even when my details are exactly as they are in my account.

Any help would be appreciated.

Welcome to the forum @SarahvAppel,

• Is the new computer running the same OS?
  • Serif requires a different license for Mac,Windows, and ipad.
• By sign in, are you referring to within the App or on the website?
  • There's know issue with the MyAccount sign in/registration within the Affinity Apps. I think Serif has that fixed now in the current Customer Beta.
  • If online, which? I'm guessing it would be Serif's Affinity. I say this because you mention your product key. If you purchased from either the MAS (Mac) or MS Windows stores, no key is provided or required.

The Registration/Sign in within the Affinity App, the MyAccount icon in the upper right, issue can be done on Windows machines, by Right-Clicking on the Launching Icon, and selecting Run as Administrator. Restart the App, and you should be able to register/sign in afterwards, without repeating the Run As Administrator.

You can download a customer beta version of your app(s) from the Beta Software Forums. Not knowing what OS or Apps your running, I did not provide a link directly to the specific thread(s). These run alongside, separately from the retail versions.
