Angelika
Hi There: I just spent a lot of time designing a logo, but it said it was embedded on top, and would not allow me to save it for a later edit. And now I don't know where it went. Did it get deleted? And why did it show embedded on top? It didn't start out that way. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. walt.farrell
It sounds like you created a document, then Placed or pasted another document onto it. That could give you an otter document with an embedded document within it as a separate layer. If you then double-clicked that layer, or chose Edit from the Context Toolbar, the embedded document would open in its own document tab. You would make your edits, and then you would close that tab. The changes are then put automatically into the outer document, and you would Save that outer document.
